Deathstroke continues the trend of compensating for his shortcomings on the monthly cover. Why else would he pose like this? It's not like he's going to do much killing trying to fight with both these guns at the same time!
In this issue, the Gotham Mob finds out just how touchy Slade is when his reputation is questioned, the Gotham Police learn that not all of their fellow boys in blue are honorable and law abiding, Detective Pat Trayze thinks there could be a better way, and Batman gets out his mop bucket because it's time again to clean up for the idiots who are supposed to protect Gotham.
