At one point, Deathstroke tries to evade Superman by hiding above some ceiling tiles. I thought Slade was supposed to be smart?
Deathstroke winds up arrested at the end of this issue because Lucy Lane was shot by the Metropolis Special Crimes Unit trying to apprehend him for crimes he didn't commit. I mean, he's committed a lot of crimes, including murder and statutory rape. Since Slade is a close personal war buddy of Sam Lane's, he basically gives himself up at the end of this issue. He'll probably think better of being arrested in the next issue of Deathstroke and be all, "What the fuck am I doing in prison?! I'm Douchéstork the Terminator!"
