I mean, this is super exciting time travel stuff! The Teen Titans have been sent back in time to kill Donna Troy before she can give birth to Lord Chaos who will age into a twenty-eight year old despot as soon as he’s born and take over the world! They really don’t want to kill Donna but they can’t think of any other way to defeat Lord Chaos. Don’t they know about abortions in 2001? Oh, um, that was the future when this was published in 1991!
