Killowat gains his powers by falling backwards into a shorting out power grid. That's bullshit! The 7-11 near my house when I was growing up had a Crossbow arcade game for awhile. If you put your finger on the trigger and touched a bit of metal on the side, you would get a steady electric current going through you. I did this a lot because I liked the feeling. Also because I liked Crossbow! I never fucking got any super powers. Maybe I should have kept the current going until I died. Is that the secret?
